Do I need to be connected to the internet to use the Trading Program? #2 When can I download today’s data? #3 It is after the Data Download time, but my trading program does not acknowledge that a file is available. What do I do? |

No, only when you are downloading the price data files from Online Stock Data. |

Please log on to www.onlinestockdata.com and enter your Username and Password, as supplied to you by Onlinestockdata. This will then open a page which advises you as to the time the data file will be available for your Stock Exchange. |

| You will need to refresh the trading program. You can do this by shutting down the trading program and re-starting it again, or by clicking the Refresh Price Data Dates button on the Update Prices page. |
