| #1 Do I need to contact Customer Service before installing the software? |
| No, you may install the software when you are ready. Follow the installation instructions on the inside cover of the CD case. |
| #2 How can I obtain my PIN number? |
| Please contact Customer Service via e-mail and quote your Client Key Number, which appears on the PIN number request screen ( Follow the prompts in your program ). |
| #3 My computer doesn't offer the short-date format mentioned on the in-lay card with the CD. What should I do? |
| The trading program installation will automatically set the Short Date parameters for you. |
| #4 I have installed my program and obtained my formula values. What do I do now? |
