#1 How often should I optimise the database?
We recommend that you optimise every 14 days and the program will prompt you to do this each month.
#2 When I open the Remove Unwanted Data menu, it asks me to select the number of years I wish to keep in the program. What does this mean?
This function allows you to remove old data from your database, so if you have not had your program for longer than two years, or you do not have a shortage of hard disk space, then you do not need to use this function.
#3 The program requires me to recalculate the profit test when I attempt to close it. What does this mean?

This is asking you if you wish to re-calculate the Values utilised by the Analysis methods. Please be aware that this is a VERY lengthy operation and could take several hours or more. You do not need to run this Profit test if you are using a formula values file from Customer Service.
