| #1 How often should I optimise the database? |
| We recommend that you optimise every 14 days and the program will prompt you to do this each month. |

| This function allows you to remove old data from your database, so if you have not had your program for longer than two years, or you do not have a shortage of hard disk space, then you do not need to use this function. |

This is asking you if you wish to re-calculate the Values utilised by the Analysis methods. Please be aware that this is a VERY lengthy operation and could take several hours or more.You do not need to run this Profit test if you are using a formula values file from Customer Service. To avoid this message, perform the following:
