Do I need a witness for my signatures and if so, does this need
to be a JP, etc.? #2 I returned my paperwork today, why do I not have my username and password yet? #3 I returned my paperwork over three days ago, but I have not received my user name and password via email. What would cause this delay? |

You must have a witness for your paperwork who is over 18 but not a relative. They do not need to be a JP, etc. |

This will take between 1 – 3 days to process upon receipt of the paperwork. Your username and password will be e-mailed to you, on the email address you have supplied to Onlinestockdata. |

If you returned your paperwork by post, you must allow time for delivery. Please ensure that you have provided us with an e-mail address and payment details for Online Stock Data daily download. If you did include this information on your complete forms, and these have been sent over 5 days ago, please e-mail customer service for further assistance. |
